SKILLS ACQUISITION PROGRAM
|
The Skills Acquisition Program (SAP) is a Football NSW program run under the FFA National Curriculum for the development of Under 9, 10, 11 and 12 age group as preparation and transition of selected Club players to elite football (NWS FC) in the Under 13 age group. Whilst predominately a program for boys, the NWS FC SAP teams have places available for girls as well.
Players can only come from within the NWSF boundaries, they cannot trial unless they actually live within the boundary and they cannot play with their previous Clubs once selected for SAP. They train 3 nights a week (Mon, Weds and Fri) at Christie Park from November to September (with time off over xmas) and play every weekend in the FNSW SAP competition from March to September.
Trials for 2022 teams have been completed
