North West Sydney Football excited to launch its new Women’s Premier League for 2022 season13/12/2021 ![]() The member clubs of North West Sydney Football (NWSF) voted unanimously, at a recent special general meeting, to embrace a new Women’s Premier League for its top flight competition for the winter 2022 season. “This announcement reaffirms NWSF Club’s commitment to developing and encouraging the promotion of the female game within our region,” stated NWSF Chief Executive Officer, Jeremy Toivonen. “The structure of the competition will be flexible in its first year and will comprise of single teams. The Football Management Committee’s vision will be to build a competition that, over time, will embrace an aligned reserve grade competition to underpin the first grade and promote the regions youth.” “The Football Management Committee will progressively work with all Clubs to establish a product that will showcase female football within the region and a beacon of light for football within NSW.”
