You are invited to the NWSF webinar series as part of International Women’s Day (8 March) & Female Football Week (6-15 May) 2022 Celebrations

There will be five (5) webinars in the online Zoom series and the first session at 7pm on Monday 7th March will be on the topic Strength and Physical Health.

Leigh Wardell is a former Matilda, playing between 1978 and 1988. Wardell made her senior debut when she was just 13 years old and was part of both the official and unofficial first international Matildas matches. Leigh was inducted into the Football Federation Australia Hall of Fame in May 2019. Now, Leigh is the head of DNA for NWS Spirit FC.

Caitlin Hort works as the head Physiotherapist for NWS Spirit FC. Hort completed her physiotherapy degree in 2017 at Western Sydney University. Caitlin began her professional career at RPA hospital, however, knowing her passion lied in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Caitlin transferred to private practice shortly after and hasn’t looked back. 
Bryleeh Henry currently plays for the Western Sydney Wanderers A-League Women’s. Henry has been capped for the Mathilda's twice and started her football journey at the age of 9, after switching from other sports. Bryleeh has previously played for Football New South Wales Institute and Blacktown Spartans in the National Premier Leagues.

​Dr Craig Duncan is one of World’s leading Human Performance Strategists with a passion for maximising the potential of organisations, teams and individuals. With a Master of High-Performance Sport (MHPS) and a Graduate Certificate in Performance Analysis (GCPA), Dr Craig Duncan was recognised and was awarded Australian Sports Scientist of the year (ESSA - 2014).
